43,000 SF renovation of the original Crate & Barrel Flagship store. Comprising 5 levels on Michigan Avenue, RG worked with Pepper, SCB and fellow subcontractors to complete the core & shell and interior buildout. In particular we provided BIM services to model and coordinate the subframe support ceiling for the wood ceilings provided by Parenti & Raffaelli.
