As a major trade partner on this $380+ Million IPD project, RG leveraging A3 decision making to identify and bring forward a major opportunity to reduce the scheduled duration for the enclosure by over 4 months. This drastically reduced the risk of weather impacts to the nearly 600,000 SF 9 building complex and also helped mitigate trade labor shortages in what is a constrained labor market. In all, RG managed and installed 90,000 SF of prefabricated exterior wall panels. comprised of CFMF studs, sheathing and AVB and returned nearly $250,000 in TVD savings to the project team.
