The 165 Room Boutique Hotel is a key component of the Pearl Entertainment District in Rosemont. The interior partitions were prefabricated off site to ensure high-quality construction with the benefits of a controlled environment. Once delivered to the site, our construction teams quickly assembled the prefabricated components for the interior structure of the hotel. For the exterior wall we constructed both the backup wall panel assembly as well as performed design-build services for the Swiss Pearl rainscreen system.
