An existing 201 unit 13 story affordable senior housing project that provides subsidized housing for seniors and disabled persons in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. In conjunction with Related Midwest the building was upgraded to 204 unit building including upgrading kitchens and bathrooms, as well as, all common areas of the building. RG Construction performed all of the drywall and carpentry work for the entire project. On the exterior of the building RG worked in conjunction with Swiss Pearl as an early release design partner to develop a fiber cement rainscreen solution for both the East and West facades of the building.
